Contribution to the good practice theme - Revitalise aims to have a positive impact in a number of ways. Firstly, to reduce the amount of electronic waste ending in landfill. The organisation offers organisations help in disposing of any old IT equipment. Once refurbished, Revitalise also offers tracking information so that companies can monitor what happens to the equipment they have donated.

Seondly, Revitalise supplies computers to voluntary groups, charities, small businesses, schools and individuals, which helps to build the capacity of local communities.

Thirdly, Revitalise provides jobs and training opportunities for people with disabilities and others disadvantaged in the workplace.
